Late Check-Out:
N$100 per hour (subject to room availability)

Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings made under Saver / Non-Refundable Rates cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
